Supplier offers give you the contact information or access described in the listing. You are not buying the physical products a supplier may sell. Discord access is a separate digital purchase.
Where do I find my purchased contacts?
Sign in with the account used at checkout and open My Suppliers. Your information appears after payment confirmation, and you can return to it without purchasing again.
How does Discord access work?
Purchase access, then connect your Discord account from your membership page. Access is linked to that verified account. Leaving or being removed requires administrator review before re-entry.
Does Discord include all supplier offers?
Yes. All suppliers listed on our website are also shared in our Discord community. You will also find additional suppliers there, with new products posted every day.
Is Discord access a subscription?
No. The current offer is a one-time €250 payment. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Access remains subject to the published terms and access rules.
Can I get a refund for supplier contacts?
Once supplier contacts have been supplied with your express consent and the required confirmation, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Digital contact information can be retained after disclosure. Your statutory rights for missing or non-conforming information remain unaffected. See our Refund Policy for the full conditions.
Does Discord access have a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Request a refund within 14 days of payment confirmation for a full refund of your Discord access purchase, even if you have joined the server. Email support@goodgrab.shop with your order reference. This guarantee is additional to your mandatory consumer rights.
