Share your requirements. Review the final amount before paying.
Finding the right products takes time, research and supplier coordination. A USD 100 sourcing deposit allows our team to begin working on your request. We contact suppliers, compare available options and, where needed and feasible, arrange an in-person warehouse visit to visually inspect products. We share collected information, available photos and videos, and observations on quality and value before you decide whether to purchase.

Supplier comparisons and, where feasible, a warehouse visit.

A paid request for agreed product research and supplier coordination. Tell us your requirements, then review and pay the USD 100 sourcing deposit. You are not obliged to buy any proposed goods.
Research, supplier communication and comparison take time. Where needed and feasible, the team may also arrange a warehouse visit. The payment covers the agreed service, not a guaranteed product or lowest price.
The USD 100 amount is before applicable tax. We calculate the final amount from your billing details before you authorise payment. We do not proceed if tax cannot be determined.
After verified payment and any applicable waiting period. Unless you explicitly request early performance, our default waiting period is 14 days; mandatory longer rights remain unaffected.
Agreed research, supplier coordination, comparison and an account of available options. Scope depends on your requirements and supplier access.
Only where needed and feasible. No visit is guaranteed for every request. A visual inspection is not a laboratory test or certification.
We share available material and explained observations. Team inspection material is labelled separately from supplier-provided material. Quantity and depth depend on the request; missing checks are stated.
The eligible sourcing deposit is credited once towards the product price of the resulting order for this request. Any deposit tax is shown separately in your payment history and final breakdown. Refunds reduce available credit.
You do not have to buy. If the agreed service was properly performed, an amount justified by that work may be retained as allowed by law. Read your saved policy and contact us for review.
We review the agreed scope and actual work delivered. Not finding a match does not automatically mean the entire promised service was completed. A full or partial refund may be appropriate.
Examples include GoodGrab declining before work starts, verified duplicate or mistaken payments, and services not supplied or not properly supplied. Consumer rights may also require full or proportionate refunds.
Yes, submit a cancellation request in your workspace. Refund eligibility depends on applicable withdrawal rights, your early-start request, scope and work actually supplied. Starting work does not automatically remove withdrawal rights.
